These terms and conditions set out the legal terms that apply to your use of our website http:// www.kochblume.eu . Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and make sure that you understand them.

2. Shipment & Estimated Time of delivery 

Shipment:

The orders are shipped by CTT registered mail to the address you provide in the check-out form. You can check the final price on the check-out, before you complete your purchase. We’re not responsible for the customs fees, or other type of taxes over the product shipped to countries outside the EU. We assure the dispatch of the orders in the same day of the order if the payment is confirmed until 14h GMT.

Estimated Time of delivery:

  • For Portugal, 1 to 2 business days.
  • For the EU, between 3 to 5 business days.
  • Outside the EU between 5 to 10 business days.

3. Returns and Refunds

Returns Policy:

Dutheil & Barbosa, Lda. accepts your purchase's return, regardless the motive. You have up to 14 days from reception of your order to return your article.

Rules for products return:

  • Verify if the article is within the return deadline (14 days counting from the receipt of the product);
  • Pack your article safely by using the original package;
  • The article cannot have been used or be damaged.

Hand in your parcel: 

To do so, you must send us an e-mail requesting the return form and attach it to the product when you send it. The return of the product and its associated costs are an exclusive responsibility of the costumer. The item must also be sent by registered mail or any other type of mail that assures the tracking/delivery of the package to:

Refunds: 

The refund will be processed 3 to 12 working days after we receive your parcel at our warehouse.

4. Order Cancelation Policy

Although we understand that, in certain situations, the client needs to cancel the order, we can’t assure that, at a certain point, the cancellation doesn’t have associated costs. This way, we strictly follow the following cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your order before the product is dispatched, you won’t be charged.
  • If you cancel the order after the product is dispatched to your address, please contact our Return Policy. The cancellation of the order shall be managed as a Return.
